• 2003 Bb. Pilipinas-International and first (2005) Miss ASEAN Jhezarie “Jherie” Gamez Javier and Henry Sia-Gaisano II, married on Sept. 11, 2005, at Sacred Heart Church in Cebu City. The couple has three daughters: France, five years old; Henny, three; and Jamie, six months old. Jherie’s gown was by Joel Bautista.

• 2002 Bb. Pilipinas-World Katherine Anne “Kate” Ramos Manalo and Jose Pio Luz Hernandez, Dec. 8, 2007, at Santuario de San Antonio, Forbes Park, Makati City. With a year-old daughter, Katris. Gown by Pitoy Moreno.

• 2002 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Karen Loren Medrano Agustin and Reuben Silva Ostrea Jr., March 1, 2008, at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Tagaytay City. With two kids: Lorenzo Reuben, two years old; and Leonardo Reuben, one month old. Gown by Renée Salud.

• 2009 Bb. Pilipinas first runner-up Regina Brosas Hahn and Vince Go Siy, Nov. 20, 2010, at Shangri-La Mactan Ocean Pavilion (at a Victory Christian Fellowship ceremony). Regina gave birth to a baby girl, Sophia Alessandra, last Jan. 15. Gown by Veluz.

• 2004 Bb. Pilipinas-International Margaret Ann “Maan” Awitan Bayot and Rene “Warren” Llado de Guzman, Jan. 15, 2010, at the Santuario de San Antonio, Forbes Park, Makati City. Maan is a flight attendant at Emirates Airlines. Gown by Nono Palmos.

• 2001 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Zorayda Ruth Blanco Andam who got married to Franklin Faustino, Feb. 26, 2011, at the Bell Amphitheater, Historical Core, Camp John Hay, Baguio City. A lawyer, Zora is with the ACCRA Law Office. Gown by Peter Lim.

• 2004 Bb. Pilipinas-World Ma. Karla Bautista and Merrick Lim Siao, May 7, 2011, at St. Therese Church in Lahug, Cebu City. Karla has just given birth to her first baby, Kallasandra Maria. Gowns by Felix Yu (despedida de soltera), Arcy Gayatin (wedding) and Cary Santiago (reception). Like Maan, Karla is also a flight attendant at Emirates Airlines.
