Talentadong Pinoy goes international

-

MANILA, Philippines - Talentadong Pinoy has always been about celebrating Filipino talent wherever they are in the world. For its latest episode, the show kicks off February with a very special Talentadong Pinoy: International Edition.

With the help of PGN Limited, TV5’s international arm, five contestants from different countries were flown in to give them the chance to showcase their talents on the grand stage of TV5’s hit show.

Edward Lava hails from Singapore, working in the Lion City as a hairstylist and a personality trainer. Also from Singapore is 11-year-old singing sensation Miguel Antonio Vedanaigam who has already wowed audiences after winning a popular singing contest in Singapore. Penny Salcedo returns to the Philippines after 20 long years. She worked as an English teacher before using her singing talents to earn a living. Like Penny, Liza Parantar has not seen her children in a long time. The mother of three has worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for 16 years. She considers being chosen as one of the Talentadong Pinoy contestants a blessing. Dubai-based and hardworking bartender Erick John Dizon completes the contestants of the special international episode.

Hear more about their heartwarming stories and be blown away by their world-class performances. Guest juror and international rockstar Arnel Pineda of Journey joins Tuesday Vargas and Alan K for this must-see episode.

TalentadongPinoy: International Edition airs tomorrow, Feb. 5, with special guest American Idol star and international sensation David Archuleta, who will perform his rendition of Nandito Ako for the first time on television.
