MANILA, Philippines - The first lady of pop and the first lady of the United States of America guest this week in The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Along with Madonna and Michelle Obama, Vanessa Hudgens, Drew Barrymore, Debra Messing, Mark Harmon, Daniel Radcliffe and Chris Colfer will also be featured.

Madonna has been conspicuously quiet for the past three years and she sits down today to tell us that she has still been as busy as ever, with her hands in many projects all at once. Then Glee’s Chris drops hints about a revolutionary fourth season and Joe Perry performs Man of Peace for Amnesty International with friends Rudy Tanzi, Paul Santo and Dave Hull.

Tomorrow, Michelle will discuss the Let’s Move fitness campaign and the book, American Grown: How the White House Garden Inspires Families, Schools and Communities. Mark downplays the significance of the premiere of NCIS‘s 200th episode. Irish stunner Imelda May  tipped for the top  continues her extensive tour by performing Mayhem.

Daniel discusses hosting SNL and the new movie Woman In Black on Feb. 2 while former High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens talks about her bum close-up in Journey 2: Mysterious Island! Evanescence, on the other hand, sings My Heart Is Broken, which will impact radio on Feb. 14, and comes off of the band’s highly-anticipated third   major release.

Drew spends Feb. 3 promoting her film Big Miracle, inspired by a true story where in she gallantly sets out to save a whole family of whales trapped by ice. Country superstar and Voice mentor Blake Shelton rescheduled some tour dates due to his father’s death, but the country music singer will still perform Austin from his latest album Red River Blue.

Feb. 4 has Debra discussing the challenges her character Julia faces in balancing her work and home life in NBC’s Smash, premiering Feb. 6. Meanwhile, Jean Dujardin talks about his new movie The Artist and does a mean Robert de Niro impression. Finally, Bush starts 2012 on a high note with a song from their new studio album, The Sea Of Memories.

The Tonight Show airs Tuesdays to Saturdays at 1 p.m. via Satellite with same day replays at 12 midnight on TALKtv.
