Salad fest in Idol Sa Kusina

MANILA, Philippines - Master Chef Boy Logro whips up something green and leafy as Bubbles Paraiso visits Idol Sa Kusina today on GMA News TV 11.

Bubbles is a vegetarian and she appreciates the way Chef Boy makes a salad festival of sorts for her when she visits the Idol sa Kusina kitchen.

For starters, Chef Boy created a mouthwatering Tomato Watermelon Salad with Roasted Cashew and Kesong Puti. Second dish is a health buff’s version of culinary heaven called Mango Shrimp Pomelo Salad. Yes, the calorie count does not exceed the allowable limits but the flavor meter goes nuts as the fruity concoction truly flies off the rook.

Lastly, the name of the third dish — Creamy Potato Chicken Salad with Carrots, Beets and Fresh Herbs — is long not just in name but also in taste.
