MANILA, Philippines - Patricia Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will conduct the following seminars: Implementing an Effective Inclusion Program for Children with Special Needs on Dec. 18; Utilizing Instructional & Curricular Modifications for Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program, Jan. 8; Utilizing Effective Strategies to Serve the Needs of Special Children, Jan. 15; Preparing an Effective Individualized Education Plan (IEP), a Vital Tool in the SPED Program, Jan. 22; and How to Cope When Your Child or Student is Special, Jan. 29.
