MANILA, Philippines - Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story with Jeorge ‘E.R.’ Estregan in the title role, was Rated A by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB). Directed by Tikoy Aguiluz, the movie with Carla Abellana as E.R.’s leading lady is an official entry in the 37th Metro Manila Film Festival. It’s presented by Viva Communications, Inc. and Scenema Concept Int’l. opening on Dec. 25.
