TESDA honors hairdressers champs

MANILA, Philippines - The Filipino hairdressers and cosmetologists who reaped awards at the recently-held 15th APHCA Olympics in Macau paid a courtesy call on TESDA (Technical Education Skills Development Authority) director general Joel Villanueva.

Joel granted scholarships to any of the six-month vocational courses the champions may desire.
