MANILA, Philippines - This is the Belo Medical Clinic billboard featuring new endorser Albert Martinez that was disapproved for public display by MMDA. Belo Clinic appealed for reconsideration twice but failed to get a go-signal. Now, do you see anything ‘obscene’ in this billboard? Perhaps only the malicious would. Meanwhile, the new billboard, this time with Albert wearing a shirt, will be put up maybe today.
