Thai Kingdom Come at Marriott Manila

The Philippine Star

Manila, Philippines - In cooperation with Thai Airways and the Royal Embassy of Thailand, Marriott Hotel Manila has kicked off Thai Kingdom Come, a month-long Thai food festival at Marriott Café. Manila’s most beautiful faces and VIPs have recently come together to celebrate its launch at The Lounge.

Among the spicy and delectable specialties served were tom yum goong (hot and sour prawn soup with lemongrass), som tam goong (fresh papaya salad with prawns) plus the certified favorite, Thai’s famous mango sticky rice. It was a night of dynamic socializing experience for everyone while swigging in between red and white wines, Thai Singha beer and Thai iced tea.

Two culinary ambassadors from JW Marriott Bangkok led by Thanatorn Krobsuay create authentic and innovative Thai dishes to be incorporated into Marriott Café’s dinner buffet. Thai Kingdom Come will be offered for the whole month of July for P1,750 and lucky diners get a chance to revisit Thailand for three days and two-night stay at Rennaisance Rachaprasong.

Marriott Café is located at the ground level of Marriott Manila. For details, call 988-9999 or visit www.marriott.com/mnlap.
