Itchyworms launches music video

Manila, Philippines - Itchyworms (photo) will launch its latest single Gaano Ko Ikaw Kamahal, a Levi Celerio Kundiman classic, and its official music video on July 18, 10 p.m. at the Route 196, Katipunan Extension, Quezon City. 

Directed by King Palisoc, the music video features an all-star cast which includes actors, musicians and artists who are the band’s close friends. It should be noted that this is Itchyworms’ first cover single since it did APO Hiking Society’s Awit Ng Barkada which was included in the groundbreaking multi-platinum tribute album for APO which featured some of the country’s hottest bands and artists.

The music video is also a follow-up of Itchyworms’ Suplado Ka Pala Sa Personal video, an original single culled from its current full-length studio album under Sony Music titled Self-Titled.

Other live performers in the music video launch party of Itchyworms are Philia, Tanya Markova, Magikel, Hoboken and AkoSiChris from Hoboken, New Jersey.

Fans and music lovers can catch Itchyworms on July 20 at the ’70s Bistro; July 23, the CCP premiere of Rakenrol; Aug. 27, Cebu; and Sept. 4, NBA Launch Party.

Itchyworms front-man Jugs Jugueta is seen Mondays to Saturdays on ABS-CBN’s Showtime.  He also hosts a popular Sunday evening radio talk show on Jam 88.3 with bassist Kelvin Yu titled Jams Sessions With Jugs & Kel.
