Cartoon Network goes Toonilicious this summer

Manila, Philippines - A feast of mouthwatering fun will be served at Cartoon Network’s long-awaited Toonilicious event today at SM North EDSA–The Block Atrium.

Following the premiere of Cartoon Network’s summer programming line-up, the free-for-all Toonilicious event brings the laughter and adventure from the TV screen to life through exciting themed-stations, games and awesome goodies — and all presented by kids’ favorite Cartoon Network stars

Running from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the fun begins the moment kids step into The Block Atrium. They will start their delectable journey with a delicious appetizer: superstar treatment at a specialized paparazzi photo wall, where they can be snapped on the red carpet with their favorite toon stars. For the next course, kids will savor the Adventure Time Bubble Booth, a tunnel of bubbles leading to an inflatable whirlwind booth where they grab an airborne ticket to win a Toonilicious prize.

The smorgasbord of silliness doesn’t stop there. Kids can also nibble on Cartoon Network’s all-new and ultra cool Generator Rex-themed augmented reality application at the interactive kiosks, or get samples of tasty treats at Chowder’s Kitchen. Kids can also try their hand at painting their very own Toonix masterpiece at the Paint Your Own Toonix station.

The sweet cherry on top will be stage shows with loads of games, prizes and surprises. Kids can win goodie bags and gift packs from sponsors by joining contests on-stage. Meet and greets with Cartoon Network’s mystery solving Scooby-Doo and Marzipan City’s most famous apprentice chef, Chowder will complete the Toonilicious Cartoon Network experience.
