Guji performs at 19 East Bar

MANILA, Philippines - Guji Lorenzana (photo) is set to hold a one-night concert on April 29 at the Music Hall of 19 East Bar and Grill in Parañaque.

Dubbed Guji Lorenzana Live, the concert will be packed with songs from his three previous albums and new tracks from his soon to be released new album.

 “We will have a live band setup. We have been putting a lot of work into this concert. Hopefully the audience will experience a great night of music,” said Guji.

 Guji’s musical career can be likened to Robbie Williams of Take That after having also been a part of local boy band Voizboys.

 Much like Robbie Williams, Guji also has a much edgier sound to his music. He has received good reviews from his three solo albums and was nominated for an Awit Award for Best Male Performance.

Guji’s discography includes the United States of America released 5 Days More, the self-titled Philippine debut album and Without Your Love.

 Guji will have Pinoy Dream Academy alumnus RJ Jimenez and up and coming R&B singer Janjay Conquilla as guests.

“It will be an exciting concert. There will also be some surprises during the night,” Guji said.

 Guji, a former disc jockey, has appeared on several ABS-CBN primetime television programs.
