6cyclemind will keep on rocking

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - 6cyclemind (photo) is thankful for the blessings that it received the last decade.

Not only were they able to earn kudos from radio station 91.5 Energy FM, which named the band its hottest group for 2010, they also continued their hit-making ways, garnering the top slot on MYX’s year-end countdown with the hit single Kung Wala na Nga.

While other acts would probably be just content to sit and celebrate on their laurels, 6cyclemind is fast proving to be different as the group continues to stay razor sharp and on top of its game.

6cyclemind has a good reason to keep going strong in 2011 inasmuch as it is also set to celebrate its10th year. The group continues to rock the scene with a series of engagements this month until the summer season. The much-awaited gig of the group is the series of summer night-outs in Boracay from April 21.

A decade is long enough a testament for an act’s longevity but the band is more passionate in its craft as ever. In  between engagements, 6cyclemind is busy producing its 10th year anniversary album. It has experienced a slight revamp among its member when guitarist Herbert Hernandez and vocalist Tutti

Caringal came into the fore. Meanwhile, fans shouldn’t miss vocalist Ney Dimaculangan that much . He is 100 percent involved in the 6cyclemind anniversary album to be released within the year.
