Twin ghost tales on Midnight DJ

MANILA, Philippines - Tomorrow night, TV5’s Midnight DJ (MDJ) presents two scary stories directed by Aya Topacio.

Oyo Boy (Marco) and Joaqui Tupas (Teban) go to a resort outside Metro Manila to look for sexy girls to date. By the poolside their eyes feasted on bikini clad femme fatales and start their planned conquest. Unknown to the funny and wacky tandem they are on a head-on collision with the world of the dead. How can the natural comedians ward them off? This is on Story one titled Bebot.

Story two titled Resort stars Kristel Moreno as Rizza who becomes vulnerable and emotionally disturbed by the sudden death of her boyfriend Jeff (Alex Castro). The sad lady’s friend Joy (Cai Cortez) and sweetheart Leo (Charles Christianson) tag Rizza along in their trip to the province. Once there and alone in her room, Jeff’s ghost starts appearing and haunting her. Could the boy-next-door looking resort guard Ron (Rico Barrera) who secretly loves Rizza be Jeff’s killer?

Meanwhile, MDJ line producer Angie Samson Valvieja of Big Top Entertainment is elated to receive kudos from televiewers and more than 80,000 Facebook listings with favorable comments on MDJ’s reformat.
