Tux performs from the Heart

MANILA, Philippines - The Tux mounts Heart@TUX.... ‘Coz Love is TUXic its first major concert for 2011 for member Carlo Bulahan who continues to wage his brave battle against cancer.

The show, set on Feb. 15, 8 p.m. at Music Museum, is written and directed by Freddie Santos. Guests are Nannette Inventor, Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez.  

Tux has been around for 29 years and its seven members are not only co-performers but friends as well. The group composed of Jeric Mariano, Popo Suanes, Manny Aquino, Dante Sibug and musical directors Carlo, Eric Antonio and Monet Silvestre (photo), look after each other.

This is not the first time Tux is performing for Carlo. The group held a similar fund-raising show in 2009 to help defray the cost of Carlo’s medical treatment.
