Filipina is Bride of the World 2010

MANILA, Philippines - Luisa Beltran was crowned Bride of the World 2010 in Singapore recently, the only Filipina to win a world beauty title this year. The statuesque morena beauty was a semi-finalist in the 2007 Bb. Pilipinas Pageant.
