Jovit will do anything for music

MANILA, Philippines - After the platinum success of his debut album Faithfully, Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) grand winner Jovit Baldivino sets on another album titled I’d Do Anything For Love, produced by Star Records and Sony Music Philippines.

From a siomai vendor to a PGT contestant to grand champion to a platinum-recording artist, Jovit has proven that he’s willing to do anything for music. Thus, he’s now reaping the rewards of his hard work.

Jovit’s passion for music always shows every time he performs. Every word of the lyrics he says and every note of the melody he hums, Jovit makes sure that it all comes from his heart. “Tuwing kakanta po ako, sinisigurado ko po na galing sa puso ko o dinadama ko po talaga yung kanta para maayos ko pong maihatid sa mga nakikinig o nanonood yung awit,” Jovit shared.

He added, “Hindi ko akalain na dahil sa pagmamahal ko sa music, mararating ko ito.”

As he continues singing his heart out and stepping up the ladder, Jovit offers his listeners a whole new album with tracks that exude his one-of-a-kind voice: I Can Wait Forever, Carrie (carrier single), I’d Do Anything For Love, Please Forgive Me, Mahal Pa Rin Kita, Making Love Out of Nothing At All, Nananaginip Ng Gising, Ika’y Mahal Pa Rin, Total Eclipse Of The Heart, Alam Kong Di Ako, Okay Lang, plus the minus one versions Carrie, Making Love out of Nothing At All and I’d Do Anything For Love.

Nananaginip Ng Gising is Jovit’s first song composition. “First time ko pong magsulat ng kanta. Nakakatuwa po na nasama po siya sa second album ko,” Jovit expressed.

Produced by composer/producer Vehnee Saturno, Star Records’ I’d Do Anything for Love is yet another album sure to own a spot in the country’s album sale charts as Jovit continues to give his all for music.

Jovit’s first album, Faithfully is a consistent top-seller in the nationwide OPM sales chart. It turned gold in three weeks then platinum in three months. Now, his second album is no exception. It has already been topping the Odyssey charts for the past weeks. His recently concluded concert in the Music Museum was a success. The venue was heavily filled with fans.
