Cesar signs up with Sony Music

MANILA, Philippines - Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. welcomes Cesar Montano (second from right) in its premiere stable of talents. Cesar has signed up for a one-year recording deal with the company. His all-acoustic album is set for release early next year.
