Sitti's B-day show
MANILA, Philippines - Sitti (photo) will have a pre-birthday show titled Sitti Live in Metrobar on Nov. 21, 8 p.m. at the Metrobar West Ave., Quezon City. Joining her onstage are Erik Santos and Aljur Abrenica.
Sitti has successfully reintroduced bossa nova as a new kind of music to a modern era of listeners. Sitti has captured the Filipinos’ interest in bossa nova which led to the surge of bossa nova CDs and bossa-inspired OPM songs. She has released her latest album Contagious under Warner Music Philippines.
The show is for the benefit of Silid Aralan Foundation.
