Chris Tiu confident on and off the court

MANILA, Philippines - Chris Tiu is a true “people person” — whether it’s for work or play. He shines best when he’s with his teammates, his fans and his constituents in Barangay Urdaneta in Makati City, where he also serves as councilor.
