Klik youth musical at Pagcor Oct. 2

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Klik, a grand youth-oriented musical, will be unveiled on Oct. 2, 7 p.m., at the Pagcor Grand Theater, Parañaque City.

Directed by Roobak Valle, Klik tells the story of 13 high school graduates and the lives they lead after graduation. The narrative comes to life through dance and music. It is topbilled by Pinoy Dream Academy finalists RJ Jimenez and Cris Pastor, seasoned stage actress Mayen Estanero, and the talented Change Divas.

Klik is a non-stop romp through the music of our times, with materials from Donna Summer to Rihanna; from Beyoncé to Bamboo. Music is by Eugene Villaluz, Paolo Zarate and Sammy Gaddi, with choreography by Jeremy Vallejo.

Klik promises to entertain as it educates. It delivers a strong message to today’s youth about their important role in changing and building the society.

Klik, originally called Kilos Kabataan, started in 2009 when a group of talented teens and young adults got together with a mission to make a difference in society through their music.

A repeat is slated on Oct. 16, 7 p.m. Sponsors are SMART and Jag.
