MANILA, Philippines - Zoren Legaspi, host of Q-11’s Kitchen Battles and co-host on GMA 7’s Love ni Mister, Love ni Misis, recently finished a short course at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA, Manila). He joins a long list of celebrity chefs who have been exposed to the world-class curriculum and excellent training at CCA, Manila.  Zoren is also a TV and film director and currently shooting Shake, Rattle and Roll for the Manila Film Festival 2010.

Zoren was given a one-on-one customized training at the school’s USDA demo kitchen. They taught him Knife Skills, Food Safety and Sanitation, Basic and Advanced Cooking methods as well as Filipino, Asian and Italian cuisines, among others.
