Noel Cabangon at Merk's Bar

MANILA, Philippines - Acoustic artist and environmentalist Noel Cabangon (photo) with albums on top of the charts takes center stage at Merk’s Bar Bistro starting today and on Sept. 28. Noel started singing at 10 and began singing in music establishments in 1982. He recently came out with a CD titled Byahe which includes tracks Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko, Tuloy Pa Rin, Binibini, among others. For details, call 757-4720.
