Rosita Noble is 'White Lady'

As early as the ’50s, the ‘White Lady’ of Balete Drive in Quezon City had fascinated filmmakers. Several movies about the ghost have been made, the earliest of which is Hiwaga sa Balete Drive with Rosita Noble as the ‘White Lady’ and Oscar Moreno as leading man.

Rosita starred in many movies in the ’50s, mostly for Premiere and some independent productions. She was the leading lady in Kapitan Berong (Efren Reyes) and Torpe (Sonny Padilla). Rosita played Maria Clara in Sisa.
