Juvenile diabetes in Mel & Joey

MANILA, Philippines - GMA 7’s Mel & Joey will feature juvenile diabetes tonight.

Mel Tiangco interviews an 11-year-old who relates the difficulty and agony of being afflicted with the disease. Also on the show are his caring mother and a medical expert who sheds light on the causes, effects and possible cure for young diabetics.

In Syeteng-Syete, Joey de Leon gives seven original pick-up lines for lovers.

A gene-testing gadget will be introduced. It will detect one’s illness before any symptom becomes apparent. This way, congenital defects will be discovered and curative measures done.
