TV5's new matinee idol

MANILA, Philippines - Seeing great potential in him as an actor, host and performer, TV5 officially welcomes JC de Vera (second from right) as the latest addition to its fast-growing roster of stars.

Together with his talent manager Annabelle Rama, JC signed a non-exclusive contract with TV5 and received warm welcome from the network’s top executives including ABC chairman Manny V. Pangilinan (second from left) and president and CEO lawyer Ray Espinosa.

As early as now, TV5 is preparing multiple programs to showcase JC’s versatility as a performer. JC is slated to do a gag show, a musical-variety show and a drama series where he can show his impressive range as an actor.  The network is also developing a primetime action series tailored for JC.
