20th Hair Asia event set

MANILA, Philippines - The 20th National Open Championship for Hair and Makeup is one of Hair Asia’s annual competitions that is eagerly anticipated by salon professionals all over the country. Throngs of beauty aficionados not only troop to the World Trade Center (home of the Hair Asia Competitions for the past twelve years) to witness the fierce hairstyling competitions but also to partake of the huge discounts and free-flowing freebies that only Hair Asia can make possible.

Joining forces with Hair Asia is industry giant Unilever Philippines which will be launching its Sunsilk Damage Repair System endorsed by Sarah Geronimo — the latest in hair-care technology that features seven variants.

The Philippines’ premier celebrity makeup artist, James Cooper, will also launch the newest addition to his premier makeup line. The Jazzy Collection features new exuberant colors for summer as well as shimmery colors for the young crowd. Unbeknownst to most, James Cooper is actually the first Filipino makeup artist to produce and launch his very own line of products.

Matrix of L’Oreal USA’s Professional Products Division is the leading professional hair care and hair color company in the US. For the upcoming Hair Asia event, Matrix is set to launch their newest hair-color collection for the season.

According to Evelyn, patrons can look forward to finding new players in Hair Asia’s expo hall as well.

Cosmo Care International, Inc., is an up and coming company that will introduce an all-organic rebonding formula.

Sabrina Fair is the newest player to join the league of salon professional educators.

Konad is a Korean company that will be launching a completely new range of nail accessories and nail-care products including nail art kits, nail extensions and lacquered polish.
