Hosted by Iza Calzado and former Ka-toque Lutong Barkada Chef Jeremy Favia, Healthy Cravings will not only convince everyone to infuse veggies and fruits in their diet by featuring the most flavorful healthy recipes but will also present ways on how to be consistent with the diet even in places and situations where food choices are limited — at schools, offices, in a party, or even when dining out.
On each episode, Iza and Chef Jeremy will feature three healthy recipes — two main course dishes and one dessert —while highlighting the nutritional value and health benefits of each vegetable or fruit ingredient.
Snack aficionados will also learn unique snack recipes which will surely give them hearty yet healthy satisfaction. Joining Iza and Chef Jeremy today is Mr. Fu of Tweetbiz who will sample the mouthwatering Roasted Tomato Pasta Salad with Pesto, the creamy Char-grilled Vegetable Terraces, the spicy yet sinless Super Trail Mix, and the intriguing Tofu Chips with Cucumber and Apple Tzatiki Dip.
