TV 5 cites Midnight DJ

MANILA, Philippines - When TV5 held a big Christmas bash for its officers, employees, program stars, staff and crew, Midnight DJ was lauded for its high ratings on primetime program surveys and winning Best Horror-Fantasy honors from the PMPC Star Awards for TV 2009.

Now on its sixth season director Lore Reyes promises more scary yet hilarious episodes. Topbilled by Oyo Boy Sotto, it also stars Jenny Miller, Desiree del Valle, Joaqui Tupas, Meg Imperial, John Medina and Gilbert Telis.

For its pre-New Year episode tonight, Midnight DJ’s episode Ang Babaeng May Hawak ng Lapida guests Empress Shuck (the girl gang-banged and slayed), Vandolf Quizon, Boy2 Quizon, Rico Barrera and Jubail Andres (village toughies who raped Empress).

MDJ airs Saturday evenings after Talentadong Pinoy.
