MANILA, Philippines - After serving up scrumptious dishes like Salami Frittata, Sweet Potato Apple and Sausage Stew, Pork Stewed in Coconut Juice, Crispy Beef Bites, Pork Chop with Pineapple Salsa, and Sizzling Galunggong with Red Chili Paste earlier in the week, host Rosebud Benitez continues to wow her Quickfire guests with more 10-minute kitchen wonders.

Ciara Sotto visits the show today. She is excited to discover a dish that smells good, tastes good, and goes well with her diet - Chicken Pandan Salad. Then, model and TV personality Krissa Mae Arrieta helps out Rosebud in the kitchen and is rewarded with yummy Spicy Black Bean Soup with Bacon. Later, Mr. Fu tries hefty appetizer Beef Tapa Fajitas and Sheena Halili discovers Spinach Ham Rolls with Orange Sauce, black forest ham cooked the Quickfire way.

Ciara returns tomorrow for Bulgogi (or Korean barbeque) cooked as Crispy Beef Bites. On Sunday, Epi Quizon gets ready at the dinner table for Sizzling Galunggong with Red Chili Paste. Later, Sheena savors Salami Frittata which Rosebud has transformed into an all-day-long treat for the family. 

Quickfire airs Mondays to Fridays, 10:30 a.m., 11:50 a.m., 6 p.m. and 7:20 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:45 p.m.; and Sundays, 11:50 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Q-11.
