'Green' tips in Gandang Ricky Reyes

MANILA, Philippines - Guesting on Q-11’s Life And Style With Gandang Ricky Reyes today at 10 a.m. are Miss Philippines Earth 2009 Sandra Seifert and her court who will give tips on how to maintain green living, waste management and recycling.

Host-producer Ricky Reyes calls on everybody to adhere to the government’s plea for clean and green revolution. “We must also conserve our forests and put a stop to illegal logging and mining. The Philippines is rich with natural resources and it is the duty of every Filipino to ward off the unscrupulous and vandals who tend to destroy it,” he said.

In Glitters, host Linabelle Villarica features Thelma Esteban whose daughter Catherine was killed by a still unnamed criminal’s bullet last January. To mend her broken heart Thelma continued her departed loved one’s projects such as the drum and bugle corps, Ati-Atihan and dance troupe for young Bulakeños.
