Echoes of Dreams gathers top artists

MANILA, Philippines - Echoes of Dreams on Nov. 30, 8 p.m. at the Araneta Coliseum gathers Lea Salonga and other top performers who will go on stage to help disadvantaged sectors of society: Young people with Autism and Down Syndrome; children recovering from sexual abuse; and persons recovering from addictions.

Partner-beneficiaries are Autism Society Philippines (ASP), a support organization composed of parents of children with autism; Self Enhancement for Life Foundation (SELF), a foundation that operates a premiere drug rehabilitation and recovery facility; a Church-based organization that helps children who were victims of sexual abuse; Independent Living Learning Center (ILLC), a special school for children with Autism, Down Syndrome and other special needs; the Rotary Club of Makati-Rockwell is also involved as a valuable partner in the production.

Aside from Lea, the concert will feature other artists including Pinky Marquez and daughter Karel; Sony Music Philippines artist Myrus; rocker Mike Chan Top Suzara; marimba player Tum Tum Mendoza (who has autism); singers Tara Marie Santiago and Vel Baria (both of whom have autism); JM Rodriguez; Peryodiko; Kid Camaya; Allan Dale; Nicole and Carla David; and Julian Duque. They will be performing with artists and talents from disadvantaged sectors of society.

Cory Quirino and Dingdong Dantes will also grace   the concert.

Echoes of Dreams is presented by the Center for Arts Foundation, Inc., (CAFI) and Fusion Excel International.
