PLDT Budget Card offers 50-percent reduced rate

MANILA, Philippines - Now that the nation is still reeling from the devastation brought to us by Typhoon Ondoy, PLDT Budget Card has good news to share to its loyal patrons.

PLDT Budget Card has reduced its call rate to the US and Canada by 50 percent to extend help to our kababayans who wish to be more in touch with their loved ones in the US and Canada.

Ongoing until Jan. 2, 2010, the existing rate of P3 per minute is now at P1.50 when using PLDT Budget Card. Starting last Sept. 12, the reduced rate allows more talk time with loved ones abroad and keep them updated about how they are here in the Philippines.

PLDT Budget Cards are available at P100 and P200 denominations at all PLDT Business Offices, SM Department Stores, 7-11, RCPI, E-Biz outlets, and selected branches of Cebuana Lhuiller, Kwartagram and Tambunting Pawnshops.
