MANILA, Philippines - The Greenhills Shopping Complex in San Juan City is for everyone.

You can spot ordinary shoppers and bargain hunters and small-time entrepreneurs and big names in showbiz, government, business and sports. The Queen of Spain (who is said to have come to Greenhills to buy pearls incognito) and US Ambassador Kristie Kenney were seen shopping there. Many VIPs and prominent personalities are also going around Greenhills.

Albert Castro, coordinator of Prime Asia Trade Planners & Convention Organizers (PATEPCO), a pioneer trade fair and consumer exhibitor in Greenhills, said there are many reasons they like to shop in Greenhills. VIPS are treated like ordinary shoppers. They can go around, dine, shop, play and pass the time without anybody disturbing them.

The place is the venue for the 16th Philippine Toys, Gifts, Housewares, & Christmas Decors Fair on Oct. 9 to Nov. 2.
