'Next big stars' in Nagsimula sa Puso

MANILA, Philippines - A gathering of the ‘next big’ stars will happen as ABS-CBN gears up for the TV remake of Nagsimula Sa Puso.

Under the direction of Malu Sevilla, a showcase of romance, drama, sensuality and suspense awaits the viewers on the airing of the afternoon series that will feature four of the brightest stars who topbilled by Maja Salvador who will play the role of Celina, a woman whose life circles around a routine. Jason Abalos will give life to Jim, a man who has always loved Celina. Completing the love triangle is Coco Martin who will portray Carlos, a quiet young man who has a deep concern for his family.

Nikki Gil will also contribute to the complex connection of the three as she breathes life to the role of Charie, the woman who has kept her feelings for Jim.

Nagsimula sa Puso was originally a hit movie directed by Mel Chionglo which starred Jay Ilagan, Hilda Koronel, Armida Siguion-Reyna and Richard Gomez in 1990.

Love springs from the heart, but what if selfishness rules it? How will the characters confront the two faces of love?
