John Lloyd for Sta. Lucia Realty

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. recently chose John Lloyd Cruz as its new endorser.

John Lloyd’s parents brought him up in a Sta. Lucia community. He grew up safe and secure in one of Sta. Lucia’s gated subdivisions, where he lives to this day. His traditional upbringing has given John Lloyd family-oriented values.

John Lloyd’s rise to stardom began when he was spotted by a talent scout and discovered as a potential star when he was strolling inside Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall.

“Sta. Lucia is proud to have John Lloyd on board as our new endorser,” says Michelle Robles, corporate communications director.

“He is certainly at home with Sta. Lucia, having grown up happy in one of our landmark communities. No one represents the full benefits of living in a Sta. Lucia home more than John Lloyd since it has always been so close to his heart,” she adds.

Sta. Lucia has become synonymous to high-quality homes and well-planned communities. With more than three decades of experience in real estate and with the widest market reach having 200 developed projects nationwide, Sta. Lucia has built an impressive roster of residential estates, commercial developments, golf and country clubs, resort and beach clubs, condominiums and others.

Sta. Lucia has been named 2003 Developer of the Year by Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA) and the Most Trusted Property Developer from Reader’s Digest Asia for 2006 to 2009.
