Recognition for Rep. Tieng

MANILA, Philippines - Rep. William Irwin Tieng (center) receives a plaque of appreciation given at the thanksgiving dinner for the passage of Republic Act (RA) 9640, which reduces amusement tax from 30 percent to a minimum of 10 percent. Irwin was the main proponent of the House of Representatives Bill 5624 which led to the amendment of the Amusement Tax Law.
