Sexy & victorious

Ver Paulino - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Filipino men’s fantasy to see Cristine Reyes, who made it to No. 1 in FHM’s list of 100 sexiest women, came true last July 9 when she graced the FHM 100 Sexiest Women victory party titled FHM University at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

Cristine also took the crown as this year’s FHM Sexiest Woman in the World. She garnered a total of 382,819 votes, clearly leading the pack with last year’s winner Marian Rivera trailing her at No. 2 (282,300 votes). Angel Locsin placed third with 266,233 votes. Katrina Halili was fourth with 238,558 votes and Iwa Moto fifth with 220,945 votes.

The party had the most number of performances from celebrities who made it on the list, like Bang Garcia (No. 11), Ehra Madrigal (No. 6), Pauleen Luna (No. 10), Paw Diaz (No. 68), Carlene Aguilar (No. 20) and Aubrey Miles (No. 65).

That night, one wouldn’t suspect that Aubrey, FHM Philippines July cover girl, is already a mother of two.

The event featured booths, fashion shows and live band performances by Itchyworms, Kamikazee and Sandwich.

Rufa Mae Quinto served as FHM University’s head mistress, while host Jaymee Joaquin was orientation committee head, in charge of touring all the guests around the event area.

Sometime past midnight, the event’s highlight, the presentation of the Top 100 finalists, came.

The ramp glittered with the presence of The Kitty Girls (57th), Jenny Miller (74th), Sheena Halili (97th), Charisse Solomon (93rd), Alyssa Alano (88th), Sheree (79th), Gwen Garci (54th), Niña Jose (47th), Andrea del Rosario (38th), Paloma (25th), Krista Ranillo (31st), the EB Babes (24th) and Cherry Ann Kubota (37th).
