3-in-1 seminar set on better parenting

MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s Working Mom Magazine will hold the second leg of its Lifeworks Series seminar titled Starting A Family on June 28 at Fully Booked Top Shelf, 5th Level, Bonifacio High Street from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This leg of Working Mom Lifeworks Series seminar will present topics on motherhood and child-rearing to help prepare mothers and mothers-to-be for this new phase in their life. Expectant moms can learn something about Pregnancy Myths and Facts which will tackle health care for pregnant women and basic tips on how to take care of the newborn. Wives who still want to look good for their husbands can get tips from the talk on Taking Care of The New You with topics on beauty, skin care and fashion for the new mother/wife.

Rounding out the special discussion for mothers is the Parenting 101 seminar which will discuss practical tips on children’s health and nutrition, basic rules on proper parenting and discipline as well as give creative examples for bonding activities for the family.
