Little Asia Father's Day treat

MANILA, Philippines – Little Asia prepares five new dishes especially created for Father‘s Day today according to the tradition practised by owner Charlemagne Lim. The special menu falls under Little Asia‘s latest creations.

Here they are:

1. Ebi Bacon Maki  — grilled bacon-wrapped tiger prawns with asparagus and enoki mushrooms glazed in teriyaki sauce

2. Crispy Codfish — fried imported codfish in lite soy sauce

3. Sizzling Beef Ribs — sautéed beef ribs smothered in special gravy

4. Thai Chicken Pandan — diced fried chicken wrapped in pandan leaves served with Thai sweet chili sauce

5. Singapore Style Noodles — stir-fried egg noodles with curry paste, shrimps, squid, vegetables and eggs
