Miguel Aguila in workshop recital

MANILA, Philippines - At 14, singer-actor Miguel Aguila (photo) is the youngest member of the popular classical pop-quartet Angelos. The group is now on a concert tour in the States getting raves from audiences in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Texas in which it front acted for Stephen Bishop’s concert. 

ABS-CBN International aired an MTV from Miguel’s album which he recorded earlier for Warner Music Philippines to help promote the show. Part of his repertoire She Bangs became a favorite and his rendition of it was uploaded on YouTube by his fans in the Midwest.

 Miguel led The Little Big Show concert last June 3 at SM Baguio with artists from Stars For All Seasons, the talent center owned by his father Noynoy Aguila (with partner Bryan Ancheta ) where Zaijan ‘Santino’ Jaranilla was discovered. Miguel and Zaijan are special guests on June 14, 3 p.m. at the workshop recital of Stars For All Seasons at the Abelardo Hall, UP College of Music, Q.C.
