Generation East grand finals slated

MANILA, Philippines – Generation East 2009 — the Model Search of Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, now celebrating 10 years of discovering fresh faces in the modeling industry, TV and movie personalities, presents the finals on June 6 at the mall‘s Entertainment Center Phase 3 with performances by Richard Poon and LXD.

Watch the 24 finalists strut their stuff on ramp in their casual, summer and formal wear. Find out who will be the Top Six pairs and compete in the Q&A portion. At the end of the competition, the top male and female models will be named grand winners, and two pairs will make up the Magic Circle. Over P100,000 worth of cash, gift certificates and other prizes await winners.

Competing this year are (female) Meanne Buenaventura, Maecon Timbol, Marienel dela Rosa, Nikki Llonor, Timichie Santos, Rowena Managbanag, Jen Torres, Iro Razel Reyes, Josephine Kayas, Shermayne Medina and Riza Mae Duroy; (male) Nicolas Philip Bacani, Kyle Decampong, Raymond Burgos, Jordan Jordico, Franco Ramos, Paul Villoria, Terrill Ong, Ginger Sinco, Rex Velasco, Jay-ar Wijangco, Stephen Frederick Macaso, Alvin Rey delos Reyes and King Russel Salve.

Generation East 2009 — Model Search is choreographed and directed by Richard Gustillo and is co-presented by BUM Equipment, Thunderbird Resorts, Snowpy Ice Cream, Mr. Arthur Kho, World of Fun, Executive Optical, Hardware Exchange, Car XXXes, Broadway Gems, Ronnie Reyes Collection, Brick Road Fitness, Aspen Spas and Reyes Barbeque.
