UTTP holds tennis tourney

MANILA, Philippines – The United Tennis Players of the Philippines’ (UTTP) competition started yesterday, May 25, and will end on May 31 at the BF Almanza Club in Las Piñas City.

Headed by top tennis players Johnny Arcilla, PJ Tiero, Rolando Ruel and Ralph Kevin Barte (with Ebert Anasta and Davis Cupper Pop Sabandon), the tournament is approved by the Philippine Lawn Tennis Foundation (PHILTA).

More tournaments are scheduled on June 22 to 27 in Sultan Kudarat, sponsored by Rep. Pax Mangudadatu, and on July 27 to Aug. 1 in Lanao del Norte, sponsored by Gov. Khalid Dimaporo.
