SPED seminars in March
MANILA, Philippines - Patricia Muñoz, a fully credentialed special education teacher in California, will conduct a seminar on Preparing an Effective IEP, a Vital Tool in the SPED Program tomorrow, March 29. Other seminars are Utilizing Instructional & Curricular Modifications for Special Needs Students in an Inclusion Program on April 19; Implementing an Effective Inclusion Program for Children with Special Needs, April 26; and Art Therapy for Children with Special Needs & Their Caregivers, May 17, 1 to 5 p.m. with art therapist Dr. Marian Alonzo. All seminars and classes will be held at Protégé SPED Center, Unit 1A Rexxon’s Arcade, 36 Xavierville Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City (tel. nos. 0918-3588855, 436-2620, 434-6064). Seminar hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (unless otherwise specified). Registration starts 8 a.m. Basic Sign Language class will be conducted on May 10 and 17.
