Free concert at Abelardo Hall

MANILA, Philippines - Physician-violinist Dr. Danilo Soriano will present an evening of Franck, Smetana and Dohnanyi at UP Abelardo Hall tonight at 7:30.

The top Filipino neurosurgeon is a member of Henderson and Desert Spring Arts Orchestras, Summerlin String Quartet and GeMS Piano Trio all in Las Vegas where he lives.

Dr. Soriano will perform Sonata in A Major for Violin and Piano by Cesar Franck, String Quartet No. 1 in E Minor by Bedich Smetana and Piano Quintet No. 1 in C Minor by Ern Dohnanyi along with UP College of Music faculty members. Admission is free.
