U2's new single premieres on MYX

MANILA, Philippines - U2 has a new album No Line on the Horizon, and the video of its first single, Get on Your Boots will premiere on MYX tomorrow, Feb. 15, 9 p.m., with a 24-hour special on March 7.

The video is directed by French filmmaker and artist Alex Courtes. Shot in London it features the band performing against complex graphic art designed by Courtes, who (with Martin Fougeral) directed the Grammy winning video of Vertigo.

MCA Music, Inc. together with Music One and the IMAX theater of SM Mall of Asia begins the U2 No Line on the Horizon Pre-selling from Feb. 16 to March 2. Participants can go to the nearest Music One outlet, and reserve their copy by paying at the counter in advance. Those who avail of this opportunity will get a free movie ticket to the rescreening of U23D at the IMAX Theater of SM Mall of Asia which is ongoing until March 5, plus a Special Edition No Line on the Horizon T-shirt to be claimed on or after the March 2 release date of the album.

No Line on the Horizon featuring the new single and video, Get on Your Boots will be available in CD on March 2 at Music One, Astrovision, Odyssey stores and in all formats at Fully Booked stores. The songs will also be available for your cell phone through WAP. The video premiere of Get on your Boots is presented by MYX, while the pre-selling is presented by Music One, IMAX theater of SM Mall of Asia and MCA Music, Inc.
