Geneva stands by her man

We were supposed to do a phone patched interview with Geneva Cruz on the Buzz to clear the alleged separation issue that has been doing the rounds of showbiz talk shops for the past months. Rumor has it that Geneva left their conjugal home (they live with KC’s parents) leaving son Heaven behind, that she was depressed and was often at odds with her in-laws. Geneva did not go live on the Buzz, instead she sent a message that she, husband KC Montero were okay and are happy and in fact, that very moment they were having a grand time as a family. I believe that Geneva and KC are still together. Couples experience bumpy seasons in life. Celebrities are not immune to marital problems. They are also human beings just like you and me.

I believe Geneva when she says that they are still together as a family. If ever there are cracks in their marriage, Geneva is not showing. She is standing by her man. Geneva and KC have been married for five years now. Geneva’s son by Introvoyz drummer Paco Arespacochaga stays with them. Geneva and KC were married in 2004 in the US. They migrated in 2006. Once in a while, Geneva visits the country to fulfill singing assignments.

What happened to Beth’s marriage?

After four years of marriage, Beth Tamayo allegedly called its quits with her Chinese husband Johnny Wong. Theirs was like a marriage made in heaven. Beth was the envy of many having found a man who was not only stable, but one who loved her as well. Many could not believe the two would separate. When tabloids reported that her marriage was on the rocks, fans and friends would not believe it, until recently. The alleged reason for the separation: Beth could not allegedly take the way she was being treated by her husband; and that Beth had to stay at a condo to be away from her husband; Johnny allegedly frequents the casino; that they don’t have a child; they often quarreled that led to physical confrontations. And another alleged reason, Johnny as a husband was not generous enough to let her be. Beth is keeping her silence on all of these.

On the other hand, some people say these are nothing but plain rumors. But whatever is happening, we wish Beth well.

Alessandra: Assunta, Jules still together

Alessandra de Rossi doused off all suspicions that her sister Assunta and Jules Ledesma have ceased their union. Alessandra clarified in a phone interview that the rumors are not true. “Ewan ko kung saan galing yan. I called up my sister and told her, Oy totoo bang hiwalay na kayo ni Jules? And she said, hindi ah. I asked her, ano ba, nag-away ba kayo and she said, Ok kami. Sabi ko, mabuti.”

Vina: I’m very happy!

Vina Morales rebuffed all issues questioning the paternity of her yet unborn child. According to the rumor mill, ayaw daw akuin ni Cedric yong baby! “That’s not true. We are very proud. It is important to us that we are here for each other and we love each other. I am very happy right now. I am on a different stage of my life. I honestly feel what they say that you become a real woman when you bear a child. I am proud and excited to be a mom.”

Vina and Cedric already have thought of a name – Ceana- a contraction of both their names which means God is gracious.

Vina is now six months pregnant. And she is always craving for pickles. “Ewan ko ba, pero nakakaubos ako ng dalawang bote.”

An unusual but beautiful relationship

Mylen Dizon and Paolo Paraiso are in an unusual but beautiful relationship. Mylene is heavy with second child by Paolo. They have a son named Tomas. However, Mylene says they are just friends. Yes, they love each other and will always love each other and yet they are not back as a couple. Mylene finds it hard categorizing their relationship. (We do, too). It is a nice set up she says because, instead of thinking about themselves, they are thinking about their kids. But marriage is not according to Mylene, a solution. “People might say that if we are thinking about our children, why don’t we marry? But marriage to me is not the solution.”

Paolo is a friend and the father of her children, Mylene emphasizes. “I love Paolo because he is a great person. And I really, truly care for him. I know that he will forever love me and my children.”

Many are saying that her next baby would be a girl. But she has not gone through an ultrasound to determine the gender of her baby. “Whether it’s a boy or girl, its okey with me. What I am praying for every night is for my child to be healthy.”
