Krismaskot holiday parade

The Christmas Family Festival featuring Krismaskot 2008 will usher the Christmas in Manila as Topmarkse and the City of Manila Tourism & Cultural Affairs Bureau present on Dec. 6, 3 to 5 p.m. a holiday parade at Roxas Blvd. from UN Ave. to Rajah Sulayman Park and a post-parade program at 5 p.m. also at the Rajah Sulayman Park.

Inspired by the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, the free show, conducted with Pagcor, Magnolia Jellyace, Chocolait, Cheezee, Mario D’ Boro, Converse, Coke, Goldilocks, Purefoods TJ Hotdogs, Lady’s Choice, Oishi and Shopwise, promotes family-togetherness and features collegiate cheer-dancers, marching bands, acrobats, Santas, chorale ensembles, clowns, child talents amidst the biggest assembly in one gathering of over 50 company mascots.
