Gov. Vilma endorses At Large, At Leisure

Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto (right) recently endorsed At Large, At Leisure, a book of wide-ranging feature stories written by journalist-educator Nestor Cuartero and published by the University of Santo Tomas Publishing House.

Many of the stories earlier came out in Philippine Panorama, where the author, himself a Batangueño, writes regularly. At Large, At Leisure is available at National Bookstore and the UST Bookstore.
