Not just another handsome face

Even by Hollywood standards, he is a beautiful man. Choosing ‘Troy’ for his screen name was certainly ingenious because like the myth of Helen of Troy, the queen was renowned for her extraordinary beauty. Her face launched a thousand ships, while Troy’s can launch a thousand flirtatious glances from women, men and gays.

Many will be surprised he is not self-absorbed and narcissistic but actually kind of shy. He is a very good listener. In casual conversation, he candidly answers questions, even those other men will not readily admit. Asked who was the cutest Miller baby (his real name is Cody Miller III), his response was "Casey and then Colby" without batting an eyelash.

Well, this sculpted six footer with finely-chiseled features certainly grew into his books and proudly says: "I look like my mom with a bit of my dad thrown in."

You would think Troy Montero is used to being complimented by now but he never takes full credit and once in a while you can actually catch a blush and a sheepish grin. For instance, during a pollside shoot, everyone was amazed at how incredibly smooth and even-toned his skin was all over and how his face had invisible pores and pink cheeks.

"I get regular facials and have talked to a lot of ‘macho’ guy friends into it. Come on, don’t be afraid of being clean! I try to go every month at least," he says.

He also talks of the time when he dropped out from the public eye for a while and gained weight from too much relaxing and indulging.

"The weight people are used to see me in is around 170 lbs. but at that time I ballooned to 210! I took to working out furiously to get back in shape and increased my protein intake which caused me to break out all over my shoulders and back. My face stayed clear due to the facials so it seemed only logical a body scrub would work the same way. Whenever I go to Boracay, I’ve noticed I tan more evenly as well," Troy shares.

He then turns and asks somebody, "Do you know where Aubrey (Miles) and Paula are right now? Yeah Boracay! I am so jealous!"

One has to wonder: Is he jealous of Aubrey being in Boracay or of Boracay because Aubrey is there?
